Bearded Iris | 7" Hoop
 
Bearded Irises were one of the first flowers planted in my garden few years ago. Despite my limited knowledge and lack of proper care, these flowers have amazed me by returning and multiplying every year. I have been tucking them around in various places in my garden and share them with my neighbors. Their elegance and beautiful fragrance truly bring me joy and inspiration during late spring.
 
This piece was one of my first attempts at my new technique of incorporating tulle into my work, and it finally came to a completion after over a year. I am deeply attached to this piece, and I hope this piece find a special home.
